Quick check: what’s the first offer you’ve got ready to pop out of the oven?
A way to know if it’s time for a full-blown course or a more intimate mentorship
Ever catch yourself staring at your ideas for courses, coaching, ebooks, and support programs like you’re facing a pizza menu with 30 options?
Some folks think lack of creativity is the problem—but too much creativity can be even scarier than that blinking cursor on a blank screen…
And if “I want them all” isn’t a viable answer (sadly), it’s time to filter.
So here we go: today I’m bringing you a cheeky little quiz to help you get unstuck.

1. On your list of ideas…
a) You already have a sentimental favorite (but putting it out into the world gives you butterflies).
b) They’re all fighting for the Best Idea In The Universe crown.
c) None of them really shine—but you won’t let them go because “people say they work.”
2. When it comes to execution…
a) I could turn it into something real within a few weeks or by next month.
b) I’ll need time, an epic soundtrack, and maybe a whole extra lifetime to organize it.
c) I’m still picking Post-its off the floor trying to figure out where to start.
3. What are people asking for?
a) They always ask me to teach the same thing.
b) They ask for everything—from homemade bread to quantum physics.
c) I can’t tell if they’re actually asking or just being politely complimentary.
4. For the debut of your offer, you picture yourself…
a) Singing at karaoke (simple, fun, public—but still intimate).
b) Onstage at Maracanã Stadium (big, lots of moving parts).
c) In a closed rehearsal for a few people (a test run before opening it up).
5. About your network/audience…
a) I already have people following my work and asking for new stuff.
b) I’ve got some contacts, but nothing super engaged yet.
c) I’m starting from zero—no one knows I’m planning to launch anything.
6. Right now, my energy is leaning toward…
a) Tackling a quick project that gives me a boost just from seeing it leave the page.
b) Committing to something bigger, even if it takes weeks (or months) to take shape.
c) Battery-saver mode: I need a lean format that won’t drain me dry.
If you saw yourself mostly in
A: What already lives in your conversations (or in your sessions, if you’re already working 1:1 and want to reach more people) can turn into your first offer without the drama. If you have an audience, repertoire, and specific demands, you already have something viable and straightforward to put out there. You could’ve started yesterday!
B: You might even have the energy for something bigger, but here’s the thing: you need to pick an anchor project and run with it. You can’t expect to launch a multimillion-dollar method—or something with more content than a university—right out of the gate. So it’s worth narrowing the focus and starting from there.
C: If you’re not sure what your audience really needs, start talking to the people you’d love to work with to understand their needs. Compare that information with your repertoire and see what excites you the most to talk about. Once that’s clearer, launch something light that helps you map the demand and guide your next decisions.Remember: more than “the perfect idea,” you need a solid starting point that gets you moving—with room to adjust along the way.
Maybe a little expectations reset, too!
Which answers do you notice aren’t in sync? Is there a mismatch between what you expect from the project and the audience you already have- the energy you’ve got available, even?
If this little game already gave you enough clarity, time to roll up your sleeves!
If you’re still on the fence, you can count on:
PathFinder — a one-off session to organize ideas and decide where to start.
From Idea to Delivery — the full journey to turn your expertise into a structured course or coaching program, without getting lost in the middle.
I’m here to help you get moving and put that repertoire to work!

P.S. Early next year, I’ll need to pause my client work for a few months. Because of that, I’m organizing all spots from now through the end of 2025. Don’t want to wait until the second half of 2026 to create or reorganize your courses & co.? Give me a shout and lock in your spot!
